Lead Management

Prospect Management

Ratings can be assigned to prospects that will automatically generate a follow-up plan for that prospect. As ratings or other events change for a prospect, the follow-up plan for the prospect will continue to be automatically updated.
Custom Follow-Up Plans
Follow-up plans can be created and customized to follow your business procedures. No need to change the way you do follow-up just because you change software. Many types of follow-up can be defined, including cards, letters, emails, and phone. You can create as many custom follow-up letters as you want. Letters can be batch printed for convenience or individually previewed and customized before printing.
Individual Task Lists
Users are shown their individual task list when they log in. This is an easy way for users to organize and track their follow-up and other appointments, allowing users to manage their time more efficiently.
Track Agents and Brokers Brokers and Co-Op Agents can be entered and tracked using the same robust functionality that exists for prospects. You can assign follow-up plans to Agents and Brokers to help you develop strong relationships with them, which will result in producing more prospects for your communities. Prospects can be linked to agents and brokers to track commissions.
Surveys
Surveys data can be entered for each prospect. This data can be used to understand your customers better. General marketing surveys can also be entered to help you make more informed decisions.
Traffic
Track all the traffic through your properties and get fast feedback from marketing campaigns and know where to focus your marketing dollars.
ERP
The normal accounting applications you would expect in a business suite are part of the core of ASD ERP, including general ledger, sales/invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, as well as all the related management functions for bank accounts and so on. Completing the business suite of applications are the inclusion of purchasing, inventory, job cost and estimating. The real bonus is the full-blown customer relationship management (CRM) functionality at the center of the package. Each application is integral to the entire system. What this means, in practice, is that, at any point in the system, it's possible to drill into the data and get meaningful answers to "how" and "why" certain transactions exist.
